My C4 VTS HDi is currently not happy, the problem is the turbo isn't coming on and the only fault code is P0299. It runs fine just struggles to get up to speed. If someone can point me to the right direction that would be great. which confirms your turbo isn't working 100%. The cause could be harder to identify

Let dry and apply electrical grease where the terminals contact. If you have a scan tool, clear the diagnostic trouble codes from memory, and see if P2541 code returns. If it does not, then the connections were most likely your problem. If the P2541 code does return, we will need to test the FPS sensor and its associated circuits. .
